Access for disabled people and disability/sensory awareness training
In the course of their daily lives, many disabled people are often unable to take part in day to day activities. This might include things like shopping, sporting and social events or going to work and forging a successful career. With some or all of these things disabled people can often feel isolation, distress and frustration.
enhanceUK is different to other agencies in as much as we are not a care agency and do not provide personal care for our clients. We believe there is a lack of support for people with disabilities who do not need personal care yet would benefit from a support system to help them maintain their independence.
enhanceUK aims to provide access for disabled people and we also offer training to organisations in all aspects of disability.
There are three tiers to our business:
enhanceUK - Your Business will offer deaf, vision and disability awareness training given in various business settings for staff training purposes.
enhanceUK - Your Life Style aims to provide people with disabilities with a chance to experience different sports and leisure activities that they may not have had the opportunity to do before.
enhanceUK - Your Work will provide an access worker for people who wish to maintain their independence within the work force.
