enhanceUK - Quality Assurance Policy
We regularly evaluate all aspects of our provision and seek to improve its quality continuously by:
Self-assessment
Programme development-planning
Monitoring and reviewing
Sharing good practice
Diversity
We aim to provide all participants with an opportunity to achieve their potential regardless of age, disability, learning or communication preferences
Accessibility for disabled participants
We have a proven track record in delivering high quality training to the public and private sectors and use a combination of training, and consultancy in order to achieve DDA compliance
Training and affiliated vocational practitioners
We are a professional, experienced team with education, training, counseling, mentoring and business backgrounds
All of our associate trainers and affiliated vocational practitioners are professionally qualified
We aim to ensure that you are offered high quality teaching and learning
Participant Feedback
We take an active part in monitoring quality and standards by providing regular feedback on the content, management and delivery of all of our courses
We believe there is a lack of support for people with disabilities who do not need personal care yet would benefit from a support system to help them maintain their independence.
Complaints
We aim to achieve the highest possible standards in all of our training and services, however if you feel you have grounds for complaint then please outline your complaint in writing to us
All complaints will be responded to, in writing, within seven days
If you are unable to tell us in a letter, we will arrange for a face to face interview, with appropriate communication support
